Pandora's A Lender Under Privacy Law, 9th Circ. Told
Pandora Media Inc. subscribers urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to revive their proposed class action claiming the music service violated Michigan's Video Rental Privacy Act by disclosing their listening habits, arguing the lower court wrongly tossed the suit after finding Pandora isn't a "lender" under that law.
