Kenneth Fisher Discusses International Oppootunities

Ken Fisher, chief executive officer of Fisher Investments Inc., talks with Bloomberg's Pimm Fox about his investment strategy and stock picks. Fisher recommends Hungary's Magyar Telekom Nyrt. and says that Eastern Europe stocks are "underweight." Fisher also likes Empresa Nacional de Electricidad SA, Chile's biggest electricity generator.

Fisher offers an explanation why people underweight East Europe: their historical tie with former USSR and their geographic proximity with middle east.
