COLDWATER, Mich., Dec. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Southern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. SOMC declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on the outstanding shares of the corporation's stock.  The dividend is payable on January 23, 2015 to shareholders of record January 9, 2015.  The annualized cash dividend of $0.60 per share represents a 2.84% dividend yield based on the current market price of $21.14 per share.
