Visa To Buy TrialPay

Visa Inc. (V) said Friday that it has agreed to buy TrialPay, a privately held company with an offers platform that connects merchants with millions of consumers through targeted promotions.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Mountain View, California, TrialPay has about 60 employees.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in Visa's fiscal third quarter 2015.
