Pig, cow claimed after Slidell barnyard breakout

SLIDELL, LA (WVUE) - A pig and cow found near a Slidell Home Depot have been claimed.
The unlikely pair returned home after wandering down a busy Slidell Street on Monday.
Due to excessive rain over the last week, the pair's owner says they were able to escape from their home.
The animals were found near the Home Depot at Gause Boulevard and Interstate 10. Officers say the animals are now safe.
