Arrests from April 22 to 23

St. George Police Department

•Wendy Pruitt Jackson, 21 S. 500 West, LaVerkin, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of drugs, no proof of insurance, driving with an expired drivers license and improper lane travel. Jackson was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $2,160 bail.

•Franchasca Rose Anna Wheeler, 775 N. 195 West, LaVerkin, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of drugs. Wheeler was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $3,900 bail.

•Jeramie Bradley O’Connor, 1984 W. 1425 North, St. George, was arrested Wednesday on charges of category II person in possession of a dangerous weapon, two counts possession of drugs, and two counts possession of paraphernalia. O’Connor was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $17,800 bail.

•Jo Ellen Reber, 411 N. 300 West, St. George, was arrested Wednesday on two warrants. Reber was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $1,750 bail.

Washington City Police Department

•Phil J. Ritzert, 47 E. 3930 South, Washington City, was arrested Thursday on charges of driving on a suspended drivers license and a warrant. Ritzert was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $1,020 bail.

•Shelby Layne Bess, 241 N. 300 West, St. George, was arrested Wednesday on charges of obstruction of justice, possession of drugs, possession of paraphernalia, a warrant and two counts of retail theft. Bess was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $7,832 bail.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

•Marcos Martinez, 376 W. 300 North, St. George, was arrested Thursday on charges of open container of alcohol in vehicle, driving left of center, failure to stop at sign, never obtained drivers license and driving under the influence. Martinez was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $2,160 bail.

•Taylor Alexandrea Meyer, 257 N. 400 West No. 6, St. George, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of possession of drugs. Meyer was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $1,943 bail.

•Eric Austin Valadez, 1300 N. Santa Clara Parkway, Santa Clara, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of drugs. Valadez was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $5,583 bail.

Hurricane City Police Department

•Brandon Lloyd Stewart, 2125 N. State St., Sigurd, was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving with a measurable controlled substance, operating a vehicle without insurance, receiving stolen property, false registration violation and two counts possession of drugs. Stewart was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $7,560 bail.

•Todd Logan Graves, transient, was arrested on charges of category II person in possession of a dangerous weapon and three warrants. Graves was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $8,318 bail.

•Michael Schwab Jr., 719 W. 2500 South, Hurricane, was arrested Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault and threat against life and property, all with domestic violence enhancers and domestic violence in the presence of a child. Schwab was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail.

Washington County Drug Task Force

•Makayla Kristine Humphries, 2456 E. 700 North, St. George, was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license and possession of drugs. Humphries was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on $5,750 bail.

Cedar City Police Department

•Ray David Keller, 69, 1435 W. 200 South No. 215, Parowan, was arrested Thursday on charges of driving under the influence, failure to signal, possession of paraphernalia and two counts possession of drugs. Keller was booked into Iron County Jail on $7,430 bail.

•Michael D. Wingle, 52, 7050 Lindner Ave., Mesa, Arizona, was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence, open container of alcohol in vehicle, failure to signal and license plate light violation. Wingle was booked into Iron County Jail on $1,700 bail.

Utah Highway Patrol

•William Brian Cummins, 21, 34 Ranchview Road, Rolling Hills, California, was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence, unlawful transport of alcohol, possession of drugs and possession of paraphernalia. Cummins was booked into Iron County Jail on $4,730 bail.

Parowan Police Department

•Heather Fiack, 25, 450 N. 200 East, Parowan, was arrested Thursday on charges of driving under the influence and license plate light violation. Fiack was booked into Iron County Jail on $1,470 bail.
