USA Compression Partners (NYSE: USAC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.505.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 3, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.3 percent.
