Western Gas Partners Reports Q2 EPS In Line

Western Gas Partners, LP (WES) reported net income available to limited partners for the second quarter of $67.0 million or $0.57 per unit, compared to $44.8 million or $0.41 per unit for the year-ago quarter.

Total revenue for the second quarter rose to $329.94 million from $251.40 million a year ago.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.57 per share on revenue of $314.25 million for the second quarter.

Western Gas Equity Partners, LP (WGP)indirectly owns the 2% general partner interest in Western Gas Partners, 100% of the incentive distribution rights in Western Gas Partners and 49,296,205 Western Gas Partners common units. Net income available to limited partners for the second quarter was $55.3 million or $0.25 per unit, compared to $35.5 million or $0.16 per unit in the prior year quarter.
