Kulicke & Soffa Industries (KLIC) reported second quarter EPS of $0.10 Tuesday morning, compared to $0.12 in the prior year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.12.

Kulicke & Soffa gapped open sharply lower Tuesday and slipped further in the final 90 minutes of trade. Shares finished with a loss of 2.05 at $13.53 on the highest volume of the year. The stock plunged to a 4 1/2 month low.
