SAP Australia installs head of marketing following departure of Ray Kloss to Cisco

Screen Shot 2015-05-13 at 11.15.33 AMSAP has moved quickly to appoint a new head of marketing with Unisys global portfolio marketing director Jennifer Arnold handed the position vacated by Ray Kloss last month.

Arnold will lead SAP’s marketing activities in Australia and New Zealand and will oversee all integrated, social and digital marketing programs.

She will also spearhead SAP’s corporate positioning, strategy, marketing campaigns and events.

SAP Australia and New Zealand president and managing director Andrew Barkla said Arnold has a “proven track record” having held several key roles for Unisys during a nine-year career at the software company.

“Building compelling relationships with our customers is a core tenet of SAP’s customer-centric approach and is integral in our ability to provide our customers with valuable and simple experiences,” he said. “Marketing plays a critical role in helping us achieve this, which is why we’re constantly looking for innovative and collaborative ways to engage.”

Kloss, who spent nearly a decade at SAP, left the company to take the director of marketing role at technology firm Cisco.
