Westpac Banking Corporation will stay at its Kent Street headquarters in Sydney but will pare back its office space at the landmark tower by more than 16,000 square metres.

Westpac was one of the most sought-after tenants in the the Sydney office market, courted by developers such as Grocon and Lend Lease and other landlords.
