On a typical Friday night, you can find Blair Epting handing out water or shooting game highlights for his high school football team. For three years, this senior has had to watch the game from the sidelines.

Epting, who is a dwarf says he "technically can't play football because I can't tackle."

He has been through a lot in his short life, from multiple surgeries, to sudden seizures. His mother Lanie wasn't sure this day would ever come.

But all that changed on Senior Night, thanks to head football coach Erik Kimrey. Epting got to make his football debut in front of friends and family, he even scored the first touchdown of the game.

Watch the video above to see Epting in action on the field.

The night wasn't just special for Epting and his family, it meant a lot to the entire team.

"As a football team, we would be messy without him. He is there to keep us in line," says senior Cantey Heath.

The feeling is mutual to Epting, who says he considers his teammates like family.
