Mango Growers’ Association organize mango festival in Malihabad

This was not at all an ‘aam’ event. The three-day mango festival in Malihabad organised by the Mango Growers’ Association was attended by a host of politicians and bureaucrats.
Echarif Mohammed-Hacène, Ambassador of Algeria and Dr Sead Avdic, Ambassador of Bosnia seemed to be in love with the varieties of mangoes which were on display.
Another highlight of the do was the play, Ghalib Aur Aam.“Not many people know that Ghalib was in love with mangoes, so we thought of this play,” said Isram Ali, president of the association.
