The fifteen year old S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index is one of the most recognized sustainability performance rating tools, with the Index identifying leaders in the areas of sustainable economic, environmental and social performance. Wyndham Worldwide raised its Climate Disclosure Leadership Index performance score -- a measure of a company's transparency on climate-related disclosures -- to an all-time high, receiving a score of 97. This is the first time that the Company has achieved a position on the Climate Performance Leadership Index, which evaluates how companies are managing and reducing their carbon footprints. In 2013, Wyndham Worldwide reduced its operationally controlled asset carbon emissions by 13 percent per square foot from the 2010 baseline, bringing the Company closer to its goal of reducing GHG emissions by 20% by 2020, based on energy per square foot.
