Castlight Health Inc. (CSLT) reported a fourth quarter non-GAAP loss of $0.17 per share after the close Wednesday, compared to the loss of $1.79 per share a year ago. Analysts expected a loss of $0.22 per share. The company expects to report a first quarter non-GAAP loss of $0.19 to $0.18 and a non-GAAP loss between $0.73 and $0.69 for the full year 2015. The consensus estimates are for losses of $0.20 and $0.72 per share.
Castlight Health gapped open sharply lower Thursday and declined during the first half hour of trade. The stock closed down by 2.92 at $6.54 on strong volume. Castlight Health dropped below a 1-month trading range and set a new all-time low.
