Holly Hal scored a goal with 90 seconds remaining in regulation to give the Middleville Thornapple Kellogg girls soccer team a 2-1 win over Forest Hills Eastern on Wednesday night.

Makayla King assisted Hal on the play.

"The last 10 minutes our girls had a will to win," Middleville Thornapple Kellogg coach Joel Strickland  said. "I was really proud of how our girls finished the game."

The Trojans scored first when Megan Replogle found Olivia Lamberg at the 22:27 mark in the first half.

Forest Hills Eastern tied the game at the 19:30 mark in the second half when Megan Przybysz assisted Emily Hickox.

"Really excited game, there's not too many of these high quality games at this time of year," Forest Hills Eastern coach Paul Rosenbrook said. "It was a lot of fun, it had a great atmosphere to it."

Middleville Thornapple Kellogg's Maddie Hutchins allowed one goal on six shots. Bri Koehn allowed two goals on seven shots for Forest Hills Eastern.
