Nomura Securities upgraded Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $25.00 (from $19.50).
Analyst Stuart Jeffrey said, "We are upgrading Juniper Networks to a Buy following the change in the company’s CEO. In recent months, we have felt that the risk : reward balance in Juniper was tilting to the upside. However, we had little confidence that the company’s leadership team could successfully navigate challenging near-term end-market dynamics or successfully hit long-term targets."
