Kimberly-Clark Corp. (KMB) Dropped To Over A 2-Month Low After Q4 Miss

Kimberly-Clark Corp. (KMB) reported fourth quarter adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations of $1.35 per share Friday morning, compared to $1.30 per share last year. Analysts expected EPS of $1.37. Full-year 2015 adjusted earnings per share are expected to be $5.60 to $5.80. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $6.00.

Kimberly-Clark gapped open sharply lower Friday and declined throughout the first half of the session. The stock ended the day with a loss of 7.33 at $111.65 on the highest volume of the year. Kimberly-Clark dropped below a 1-month trading range at the highs of the year and set a 2 1/2 month low.
