Wendy’s burglar steals bacon, report says

Dayton police are looking for a man who broke into Wendy’s and stole bacon and other meats.

The suspect was caught on surveillance video around 1:45 a.m. yesterday, according to a police report.

He entered the restaurant on Salem Avenue through a drive-thru window. No one was inside at the time.

The video shows him place the food in a trash bag and eventually leave toward Family Dollar.

He is described as in his 40s or 50s, wearing a light gray puffy coat and walking with a limp, the report states.
