Hot off the grill: new Paramount Miami Worldcenter renderings

Just in time for Memorial Day, Paramount Miami Worldcenter has served up some fresh renderings of its outdoor barbecue park, The Real Deal has learned.

The park will feature seating areas separated by trimmed hedges, grilling stations with cooking islands and flat-screen televisions under wood shade shelters.

It will take up a portion of the 60-story tower’s huge ninth-floor amenities deck, which will include full-size soccer fields, tennis courts, pools and a gym.

Inside on the ninth floor, residents can work out in a fitness center or boxing studio or rock out in a “jam room,” complete with drums, guitars, a piano and a recording studio. Twelve Balinese-style, two-story villas surrounded by pools and other water features will also be located on the amenities deck.

OneWorld Properties is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the 472-unit, $400 million condo tower, developed by Daniel Kodsi. Paramount, slated for completion in 2018, is just one part of the $1.06 billion Miami Worldcenter project being developed by a partnership including Nitin Motwani and Art Falcone.
