Radian Boston's $3,000 Studios Up for Grabs Next Week

New, 1 comment

Leasing starts Monday at the 26-story, 240-unit apartment tower at 120 Kingston Street at the site of the old Dainty Dot building. It's one of so, so many apartment complexes planned, under way or recently opened in Boston—and it is not messing around.

According to a release from developers Forest City Boston and the Hudson Group, rents at Radian Boston are not cheap, even by modern Boston standards (the release didn't say that, we do). Studios of 563 square feet start at $3,000 a month; 1-BRs start at $3,600; and 1,082-square-foot 2-BRs are asking $4,000. And! There are penthouses of varying sizes, though asking rents for those have not yet been established.

Lest you think these rents are too damn high, know this: More than 300 prospective tenants have already been in touch with the Radian Boston marketing team—and leasing, as we said, doesn't start until Monday. Cheers.
