Dreamworks/Hasbro Deal Talks Dwindle

Dreamworks Animation Skg Inc. DWA shares have cooled off Monday as takeover discussions surrounding the firm has diminished.

On November 13, 2014. Rumors surfaced that toy maker Hasbro Inc. HAS will acquire Dreamworks.

Following the announcement, shares of Dreamworks rose 14 percent closing the session at $25.52.

Beginning on November 15, 2014, Dow Jones reported that the Dreamworks/Hasbro deal is unlikely to resume, and on November 17, multiple outlets reported that the deal has ended.

Following the reports, shares of Dreamworks Animation recently traded at $22.40 down 14 percent.
