Based in the company's Princeton operational headquarters, Simon is working to identify potential new Members to expand NAI Global's capabilities in North America.

Simon joins NAI Global from NVR/Ryland where he spent five years in sales and marketing positions. Previously, he was an associate with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services and became one of the leading brokers in the Philadelphia suburban market. Before that, he spent five years at AFG Financial Group, Inc. as a Vice President, originating over $33 million in real estate loans annually and managing the firm's expansion into new US markets.

Simon graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor's of Science degree and is currently pursuing his MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University. He earned a certification in finance and accounting through University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania.
