Do you work for a company with strong values, caring managers, and good pay and benefits? If so, your company may deserve recognition in The Orange County Register’s annual “all-star” list of Top Workplaces.
Through July 17, the Register is inviting employees from leading Orange County-based companies to participate in a brief survey at ocregister.com/nominate help identify the most inspiring companies.
The Register publishes its eighth annual Top Workplaces magazine on Dec. 3, and will host its signature event on Dec. 2 at the City National Grove of Anaheim to celebrate companies that have inspiring leaders, great benefits and winning cultures.
To qualify for Top Workplaces, companies are invited to participate in an employee questionnaire that measures engagement and satisfaction. The survey is managed independently and confidentially by third party research firm WorkplaceDynamics.
At the conclusion of the survey, WorkplaceDynamics scores and ranks responses to designate companies that rise above as Top Workplaces. About 36,000 employees were surveyed last year.
