Being one of the world's leading menswear experts comes with its perks. World travel. Front row seats at fashion week. And invites to sumptuous dinners hosted by none other than billionaire fashion visionary Brunello Cucinelli.

Just ask Esquire Fashion Director Nick Sullivan, who was one of the guests at a dinner Mr. Cucinelli hosted for fashion insiders in Tuscany on June 16. In addition to editors, fashion photographers, and members of the extended Brunello Cucinelli family, The New York Times was on hand to check in with guests and find out what this fashionable bunch was wearing. Of course, they spoke to Nick, who was wearing an innovative outfit.

"I wanted to wear sort of a nonsuit, white and white, but not the same texture," he told The New York Times. "I'm wearing J. Crew pants, and the jacket is Lubiam, L.B.M. 1911. It's kind of casual but it's tailored, and I like the texture of it. I'm going to wear it quite a lot. The shape's really nice, and it's not too tight."

And you can't really do better than that.
