Hoboken’s waterfront continues to be a popular place to live.

Toll Brothers City Living announced on Wednesday that 1100 Maxwell Place – a 12-story building is a mixed development complex designed by SLCE Architects and Stephen Alton - has reached the 90-percent-sold milestone.

The complex is all-new construction, but was built on the site of the old Maxwell House coffee plant, a report stated.
