NQ Mobile (NQ, Financial) has developed a key plan and long-term strategy for delivering yearly revenue growth. The company has implemented a platform strategy, accelerated by acquiring FL Mobile and Nation Sky.

Gaining traction

Music Radar is the company’s Music Radar application which has recorded 8.8 million monthly active users. NQ Mobile users and users from its technology incorporation partners are creating 9.2 million daily search queries by the third quarter conclusion. NQ has identified that music is very popular among its consumers and has included it at the top of the Query by the Audio Fingerprinting and Singing and Humming contests in MIREX last year.

The company seems to have rightly identified the growth prospects and is executing brilliantly on the same, moving on an accelerated growth trajectory.

Yipai is NQ Mobile’s image-based search platform which is delivering 32 million daily impressions, which is thrice the number of daily impressions recorded since the closing of its acquisition.

The entire coverage of NQ Mobile’s online and offline advertising business reached over 540 million exclusive users or devices. In the third quarter conclusion, the applications count allowed on its platform was over 75,000. Further, NQ Mobile is believed to be a leader in mobile advertising platform on Android and has decided to develop into a leading iOS provider as well.

Going forward, NQ Mobile targets on rephrasing the services of Facebook (FB) having a huge one billion user base.

Conclusion

For this year, NQ Mobile again moved its focus toward developing a chronic line of users generating significant revenue streams depending on regulated products NQSky. NQ Mobile also executed a key strategy to apply channel sales and follow better customers with additional resources and advanced brand names. At present, its customers include the carrier virtual platform solutions for China Telecom and China Mobile, Express in the logistics sector, Bank of China in the financial services sector, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, a state owned enterprise and the National Information Center in the government sector.
