Richard Plonsker joins Savills Studley as Senior Managing Director in Chicago

Plonsker joins Savills Studley with 30 years of tenant representation and strategic consulting experience, having completed transactions on behalf of many corporations, professional firms, institutions, not-for-profit organizations and governmental entities, for the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and land assets in 35 domestic and a number of international markets.

Following his affiliations with the real estate firms of Cushman & Wakefield and U.S. Equities Realty in Chicago, where he specialized in representing tenants and buyers in their search and negotiations for space facilities, Rich joined Binswanger in 2005 to lead the overall operation and strategic direction of its offices in the Chicago region. There he built the company's corporate real estate consulting and brokerage business, concentrating on its tenant and buyer representation practice in Chicago and throughout the US.
