Imax will show five minutes of Paramount-Skydance’s “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” at its 363 screens in North America before screenings of “Terminator Genisys,” starting Tuesday night.

The footage will run exclusively at the Imax sites for a month prior to the July 31 opening of Tom Cruise actioner.

“Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” received a strong response from exhibitors in April at CinemaCon when Cruise presented behind-the-scenes footage of himself hanging off the side of an Airbus A400M as it soared 5,000 feet in the air.

“Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” is a Cruise/Bad Robot Production directed by Christopher McQuarrie, with a screenplay by McQuarrie, and story by McQuarrie and Drew Pearce. It also stars Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg and Alec Baldwin.
