Major Gas Main Project Underway on Shawsheen Road
Traffic will likely be limited to one lane, so drivers may want to seek an alternate route, according to Andover Police.
The installation of a new gas main is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 29, of Shawsheen Road.
Columbia Gas of Massachusetts will be installing a new gas main on Shawsheen Road from Lowell Street to Lincoln Street.
Construction work is expected to last all summer into the fall, according to officials.
