Roma target Edin Dzeko doesn’t want to leave Manchester City, according to the player’s agent.
The 29-year-old striker arrived in 2011 at Manchester City, making 130 appearances for the Premier League club and scoring 50 goals in England.
According to Dzeko’s agent Irfen Redzepagic, his client isn’t looking for a way out of Manchester despite links with Roma.
“There are no financial issues [between us and Roma},” Redzepagic said on Forza-Roma.com.
“Dzeko doesn’t want to leave Manchester City.”
Roma have made the Bosnian striker’s capture a priority since seemingly losing out on the Carlos Bacca race. Dzeko has been struggling for regular and consistent playing time at Manchester City, since his €32 million switch from Wolfsburg.
