Arguably the most famous woman ever to grace the silver screen - and certainly the most iconic blonde in film history - it's no surprise that Marilyn Monroe's dress from her last film, the unfinished "Something's Gotta Give," is expected to make between $300 and $500 thousand in an upcoming auction!

Every year, Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills hosts their Hollywood Legends Auction, and this year the weekend of June 26 and 27 will showcase a series of stunning items, including Marilyn Monroe's dress as well as a Harley Davidson motorcycle that once belonged to legendary actor Marlon Brando and even a slice of cake from two different royal weddings: Princess Charles and Princess Diana and Prince William's wedding to Kate Middleton.

According to International Business Times, Marilyn Monroe's dress is truly the piece de resistance in this year's auction, featured on the cover of the catalogue estimated to be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, although Brando's Harley Davidson is also expected to make between $200,000 and $400,000.
The Marilyn Monroe dress wasn't just worn during her last film, but it was actually the last one she wore during production, which makes it the last gown she ever wore professionally before her death in 1962 at the age of 36, often a favorite in conspiracy theories.
"It's the last dress that Marilyn Monroe wore in her last movie, her last career-worn dress," said Martin Nolan, the executive director of Julien's Auctions, according to Page Six. "The image of Marilyn wearing that dress was used by all of the national newspapers when they announced (her) tragic and untimely passing."
Reuters reports that besides Marilyn Monroe's dress, Brando's bike and the piece of royal cake, other items featured in this year's event will be a Versace dress Princess Di wore, and outfits worn by the original members of "Star Trek," including William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy.
Marilyn Monroe's dress and the other items are already on display, for those who are around the auction house and want to see a piece of Hollywood history.
