Ross Stores recalls Bistro Chairs due to fall hazard

{}CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Ross Stores is recalling a certain line of folding bistro chairs because of the chance that consumers could fall if they try to sit on them.

According to an announcement from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the chair's seat can fail to attach to the frame when the chair is unfolded, causing the chair to collapse. The chairs were sold at Ross Stores nationwide from February 2014 through April 2014 for about $30.The metal folding bistro chairs are orange and have perforations on the seat. The chairs measure about 36 inches tall by 15 inches wide by 16 inches deep. The SKU 400101018858 is found on the product hangtag.
