Ellie Mae Inc. (ELLI) Has Climbed To A New High On Q1 Results

Ellie Mae Inc. (ELLI) reported first quarter adjusted EPS of $0.33 after the close Thursday, up from $0.16 in the previous year. The company expects to report second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.28 to $0.30 and between $1.09 and $1.13 for the full year. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.24 and $0.93.

Ellie Mae gapped open sharply higher Friday morning and is now up 6.60 at $61.60 in early trade. The stock has broken out of a 1-month trading range and has set a new high for the year.
