The Montclair Police Department’s Community Service Unit (CSU) strives to form partnerships with all of Montclair, including our residents as well as our businesses. All too often, the community only interacts with the police in times of crisis. In an effort to foster positive relationships with the police, the Montclair Police Department is proud to introduce “Coffee With A Cop.” The idea behind “Coffee With A Cop” is to afford the public an opportunity to meet and speak with their local law enforcement professionals in an open and friendly atmosphere, just like your shop!

The program is already being successfully conducted by over 175 different police agencies in 36 different states. The public gets to have their questions answered or even just say hello and meet the person that wears the uniform, all over a delicious cup of coffee!

Our 2nd “Coffee with a Cop” event will take place this Friday, November 21, 2014 at Andersons 1949 (39 Glenridge Avenue), 8am – 10am.
