Potter County Commissioners' Court: Monday, 9 a.m. Commissioners' Courtroom, first floor of Potter County Courthouse, 500 S. Fillmore St. Members will consider an agreement with Architexas to continue project master planning and develop a final construction budget, the sale of real estate at 2404 S.W. Sixth Ave. and developing a wellness program for employees.
Amarillo Animal Management & Welfare Advisory Board: Noon. City Council Chambers, third floor of City Hall, 509 S.E. Seventh Ave. Members will hear presentations on operations of the department and the Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society and consider a draft mandatory pet licensing ordinance.
Amarillo Planning and Zoning Commission: 3 p.m. City Council Chambers, third floor of City Hall, 509 S.E. Seventh Ave. Members will consider rezoning 98 acres to residential in the vicinity of Bismark Avenue and South Georgia Street, a plat for 10 acres in the Greenways at Bayswater Road and Goldenview Circle and 25 acres in the vicinity of City View Drive and Bismark Avenue. They will hold a work session at 2:45 p.m. in Room 206 of City Hall.
Canyon City Commission: 5:30 p.m. Commission Chambers, City Hall, 301 16th St. Members will get an update on a feasibility study for an aquatic center, an ordinance relating to special events, block parties and parades and an agreement to let Atmos Energy raise residential rates.
Amarillo Independent School District Board of Trustees: 6 p.m. Board Room, Amarillo ISD Education Support Center, 7200 West Interstate 40. The board will approve a financial advisor and take possible action on a lawsuit related to 2013 storm damage.
Tuesday
Amarillo City Council: 3 p.m. City Council Chambers, third floor, City Hall, 509 S.E. Seventh Ave. Members will hold a second vote on a plat of 476 acres between Southeast 46th and 58th avenues and an amendment to an agreement with Southwestern Bell Wireless for the location of cellular equipment on city facilities. They will hold a work session at 1:30 p.m. in Room 303 of City Hall.
Amarillo Tenant Advisory Board: 6 p.m. HLC Room, first floor, Downtown Library, Southeast Fourth Avenue and South Buchanan Street. Members will hear a review of last year's activity and review a housing program participation survey.
Amarillo College Board of Regents: 7 p.m. West Campus, 6222 West Ninth Avenue, B Building, Room 104. At 5:45 p.m., regents will hold a work session that will include a nursing program update and consideration of a tax abatement agreement with Gestamp Renewable Industries. During its regular meeting, the board will consider increasing tuition and fees.
