Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. (CCO) said its fourth-quarter 2014 net income attributable to the company surged to $43.31 million from $12.69 million a year ago.
Consolidated revenues decreased $4 million, or 1%, to $802 million in the recent quarter, compared with $806 million in the same period of 2013. Excluding the effects of movements in foreign exchange rates, revenues increased by 4%.
Adjusting for the movements in foreign exchange, the firm's OIBDAN grew 8% compared to the same period in 2013. On a reported basis, OIBDAN was up 5% to $234 million for the fourth quarter.
