Nasdaq to Delist Guanwei Recycling Corp.


NEW YORK, Oct. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") announced today that it has issued a delisting notification letter to Guanwei Recycling Corp. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:GPRC) due to the Company's failure to file its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2014, as required by Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The Company has not requested review of this delisting determination and, as a result, Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting will become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
