Recruitment giant Randstad has appointed Ximo Soler as chief marketing officer for the Asia Pacific region.

He is promoted from marketing, communications and concepts director in the firm’s Sydney office and will provide strategic direction across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
