Sevilla coach Unai Emery will keep West Ham waiting until after the Europa League final before deciding whether to succeed Sam Allardyce as the new manager.
Emery has the incentive to lead the club into the Champions League next season if Sevilla beat Dnipro in Warsaw on Wednesday evening.
He steered the club to fifth place in La Liga and has guided the club into their second successive Europa League final.

Sevilla beat Benfica in a penalty shootout last season and they are back in the final again after overcoming Italians Fiorentina 5-0 on aggregate in the semi-final.
Emery is highly thought of by the Hammers’ board but he is concentrating on the final in Warsaw before making a decision on his future.
There are concerns at the highest level about the Spanish coach’s command of English, which is an issue that affected former Sevilla coach Juande Ramos when he moved to Tottenham.
West Ham have been pursuing a number of targets in recent weeks and one influential sounding board at the club continues to push the case for Slaven Bilic.
