10 Times Triple H Lost Clean

He didn't have the grapefruits to lose to Sting but he has (occasionally) put people over in the middle of the ring.

Whether under the guise of Hunter Hearst Helmsley, 'The Game', or the suited and booted leader of The Authority, Triple H has been a constant in WWE since making his debut in 1995. Aside from a few lengthy sabbaticals forced through injury, the guy has been around consistently, remaining at the top of the card since the first time he reached it in 1999. It seems fair to assume that there isn't a wrestling-related forum or message board out there which doesn't contain at least one thread dedicated to how many wrestlers Triple H has buried over the years. Open up any of these sites, and it's not difficult to see that this is still a popular argument against the man. In fairness, top stars rarely lose clean, it's just the way it is, but there are exceptions to that rule. This list looks at 10 different occasions on which Triple H lost cleanly, putting the betterment of WWE - and the wrestling business as a whole - before his ego. Some of these matches did involve shenanigans, maybe some outside interference throughout, but the fact remains that the opposite wrestler pinned or submitted Triple H all on their own accord, making these 'clean' wins quite special.
