Shaumburg, Illinois-based Assurance has announced that it is appointing Tammy Incapreo to the position of Vice President of its manufacturing sector. Incapreo will bring with her 13 years of experience and expertise in risk management.
The independent brokerage hopes this backdrop will help strengthen its 35-person team serving manufacturing companies nationwide. Incapreo will particularly be tasked with “developing and implementing industry-specific plans that minimize clients' risk and maximize the health of their workforce.”
“I want my clients to not only see me as their insurance broker, but also a valuable partner that brings a strong work ethic and real results to the table,” Incapreo said. “I believe Assurance will give me the platform to do just that.”
Assurance CEO Tony Chimino feels optimistic about the appointment.
"Tammy’s ability to assist clients with the upmost attention and detail is a huge asset to our team. She constantly looks for solutions to minimize client risks and reduce their losses,” he said.
She previously served as Area Vice President of Arthur J.
Gallagher and Co.
