Webfoot Painting announces First Ever Non-Profit Edition of Their Annual Giveaway; Winner to Receive $10,000 Worth of Painting Services

Bend, Ore.- Webfoot Painting’s $10,000 painting giveaway is now in there final week of accepting nominations. In their inaugural Non-Profit Edition, their 6th annual giveaway is focused solely on non-profits and other charitable organizations. Webfoot is requesting nominees for these groups who are in need of painting services, whether interior or exterior.

The Bend-based company will select one local non-profit or charitable group in the Bend/Redmond area based on painting need and compelling story to receive $10,000 in free paint, labor and materials. Previous winners of this giveaway include the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Oregon, the Deschutes Children Foundation, and the Bethlehem Inn. All paint and materials have been graciously donated each year by the local Sherwin Williams stores.

Last year, in the first ever Home Edition Giveaway, the Schwarz family of Bend was selected. The Schwarz family had touched a lot of lives over the years and now it was time to pay tribute to their contributions to the community. With help from Kevin Link of Sunwest Builders and Charlie Miller of Miller Lumber, the Schwarz family got a complete exterior makeover with new siding, windows, and fresh paint. Once again Sherwin Williams donated all the necessary materials and supplies and Sarah Phipps Design help put together an attractive color scheme for the home.

For the sixth consecutive year, the entire Webfoot team will provide their time, talents and resources using paint products donated by Sherwin Williams to freshen up and restore a non-profit group in our area. This gift will allow these groups to focus their financial efforts towards doing the things they do best- strengthening our community. Nominations will be collected through the February 28th at midnight, with the winner being determined by a company vote the second week of March. The only condition is that you have a compelling story of why this charitable group or non-profit deserves the free painting services. Pictures and other supporting materials that display painting need is always encouraged.

Webfoot asks the community to provide written stories, pictures and any supporting materials to the company’s website submission form (www.webfootpainting.com), email (gavin@webfootpainting.com), or mail (20585 Brinson Blvd #4, Bend, OR 97701).
