Deere Completes Sale Of Crop Insurance Business

Deere & Co. (DE) said Tuesday that it has completed the sale of its crop insurance business to Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Co. of Iowa (FMH).

In December, Deere announced a definitive agreement with Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance to sell the business.

The sale includes both John Deere Insurance Co. and John Deere Risk Protection, Inc.
