One of Europe’s top ERP recruiters, Maximus, has futureproofed its recruitment processes and made its consultants fully mobile after investing in the latest recruitment technology platform, Mercury xRM.

Mercury xRM will replace an ageing system, which was struggling to support maturing business processes, restricting company growth. The Mercury xRM solution will enable Maximus to fluidly respond to ongoing changes in the marketplace.

Alison Mulligan, Head of Training and Development at Maximus explained: “Our previous system no longer supported our vision as a company. We could do basic tasks such as storing CVs and booking interviews, but it struggled to complement our multi-faceted recruitment processes. As a business, we’re well known for the speed and quality of our response to our clients, even when recruiting for highly skilled roles, so it is vital for us that our recruitment software supports this.”

Mercury xRM is powered by Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM platform and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office 365, allowing recruiters to use the system via Microsoft Outlook if they prefer. It’s also fully mobile responsive and has enabled Maximus to mobilise 100% of its consultant workforce, whilst keeping data secure with the ability to configure and grant various access permissions to users. This means that the company can empower its consultants to become even more responsive to clients and place candidates more quickly with greater success.

Alison Mulligan commented: “With the mobile capabilities of Mercury xRM, we will be able to turn our offices into a hot-desking area and free up our consultants to spend more time on the road as a result of being able to access critical data through their Surface tablets. When they are in the office, they can just plug their tablets into an access port and work from there. And because Mercury xRM and Office 365 are already very secure applications, we are able to regulate everybody’s use of the software.”

Maximus is a recruitment business with an ambitious growth strategy which it is already fulfilling, and Mercury xRM will be key to helping the business continue its impressive growth trend. The solution’s innovative reporting suite will enable Maximus to create its own dashboards for individual consultants and the management team to gain real-time information on the progress of client assignments, job board ROI and lead conversions. This will allow the business to gain valuable insights to improve performance, processes and ultimately, profitability.

Alison Mulligan concluded: “We see our investment in Mercury xRM as more than a software investment. It’s a huge leap forward for us in leveraging technology to enhance every aspect of our business. Like us, Mercury xRM is a forward-thinking company and by working in partnership with them, we are confident that we have a reliable software solution at the helm to enable us to grow our business further, and provide even better service to both clients and candidates.”
