The cyclists left Torquay on January 3 and rode through temperatures reaching 40 degrees on their first day when they were headed to Mortlake.
The group soldiered on to complete 850 kilometres over six days to reach Adelaide.
Many of the cyclists overcame health issues to take part, including winning personal weight-loss battles to recovering from a major spinal injury.
Money raised from the ride goes towards Herbalife Family Foundation programs that include The Infants Home in Sydney, which helps children at risk, and Melbourne’s Lighthouse Foundation that helps homeless youth.
Donations will be accepted for the ride until January 31, 2015.
