Fed. Circ. Nixes Citrix Bid To Stay $15M Award
The Federal Circuit on Tuesday denied a bid by Citrix Systems Inc. to stay a ruling affirming a $15 million damages award against it by SSL Services LLC pending the company's petition for certiorari in the Supreme Court, saying it failed to demonstrate why a stay is warranted.
