Two men were arrested in White Sulphur Springs for trying to steal credit card information in Rite Aid and Food Lion.

Angel Santana and Terrence Williams were arrested by White Sulphur Police and Greenbrier County Sheriff’ Deputies in Rite Aid. Officers said they were caught with a credit card decoder.

Both men are being charged with obstruction, and fraud and related activity in connection with access devices. Williams is also charged with fleeing from an officer, after he tried to run out the back door of the Rite Aid.

Police later learned Santana is a fugitive from New York. They said he violated parole in N.Y.

Both men remain in the Southern Regional Jail tonight.
