K S : Supervisory Board extends Mark Roberts’ term of office as a member of the Board of Executive Directors

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft extended the contract of Mark Roberts, responsible on the Board of Executive Directors for the Salt business unit and for animal hygiene products, by 5 years to 30 September 2020.

"We are pleased to be continuing our successful work with Mr. Roberts," said Dr. Ralf Bethke, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Roberts (51) was first appointed a member of the Board of Executive Directors of K+S AG in October 2012. His previous term of office was 3 years, ending in September 2015.
