WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. (PCL) reported third-quarter earnings of $61 million, or $0.34 per share, compared to $72 million, or $0.44 per share, last year.

Total revenues increased to $375 million from $366 million, last year. Analysts expected revenue of $378.90 million for the quarter.
